1What documents are required for SMT processing?
Answer: Need to provide the product bill of materials BOM, PCB file, stencil file, tag silk screen drawing, component coordinate file

2How to ensure the quality of the product?
Answer: Our high quality standards are achieved in the following ways. All production processes are strictly controlled in accordance with ISO & IATF & UL standards. IQC incoming material inspection: eliminates poor process due to poor materials and delays in delivery; SPI solder paste inspection: finds that the front-end process operations flow out of the next process in advance (inspection standard: 3D inspection +Statistical analysis of data); Online AOI inspection: check whether the produced products have errors, omissions, and bad materials flowing out of the next process; SMT first piece inspection: ensure that the components attached to the production model are completely consistent with the customer's assembly drawing and bill of materials Compliance, prevent bad from flowing into the next process (refer to BOM, Gerber data, inspect each solder joint of the first board); Appearance inspection: conduct random inspections on all production processes, and whether they are consistent with the operation instructions (validity standard: each product Process instructions and instructions for each post); X-Ray welding inspection: inspect the solder joints of components that are invisible to the naked eye to avoid short-circuiting of virtual welding and flowing out of the next process;
Rework of BGA devices: X-Ray detects poor BGA soldering and disassembly and soldering under controlled temperature conditions to reduce the impact on the device and ensure the quality of repair soldering; QA inspection: standardize the inspection of finished products to prevent unqualified products from being shipped; prevent Static storage and shipment: anti-static packaging and safe storage.

3What will happen to the remaining components after the SMT product is completed?
Answer: Gerber files are required. If you need to solder components, you need to provide a bill of materials. Please consult customer service personnel for details.

4What are the requirements for the materials provided by the customer?
Answer: Please do not purchase or provide oxidized components, which is not conducive to the solderability of soldering. Please prepare adequate amount of material loss for incoming materials. Please check the amount of material loss with the salesperson; for incoming materials, please attach the incoming material request form. There are a variety of products, please separate and package separately; in case of bulk materials, the price will be calculated separately.

5SMT placement can really achieve 23 hours delivery?
Answer: The materials are all set within 50 pieces and will be delivered within 23 hours, by DHL, EMS, FEDEX, UPS.

6What should I do if there is a problem with the processed product? Who should have such a responsibility?
Answer: If you find that the board is wrong after receiving the goods, or there is a production quality problem, please contact the sales staff as soon as possible, our company will not be able to take the return or refund; if the problem caused by the design, our company will not be responsible. If there is any problem, our company will remind users as much as possible.

8Can you do mass SMT placement?
we can certainly do mass SMT placement. You can place an SMT proofing order first. After you receive our SMT proofing order, there is no problem in the inspection, and then notify us to produce mass SMT placement. That's it. You can also send the PCB file to us for basic inspection and confirmation of the project. Once confirmed, you can repeat the order and carry out mass production.
